What is the event refund policy?

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be granted once we have reached March 20, 2022. Emergency refunds may be granted at the discretion of The Friends of CauldronFest. No refunds will be granted due to buyer’s remorse!

What is the event cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of the beast The Friends of CauldronFest has adopted the following policy in regards to Cancellation of the event:

  • If by March 15, 2022 we have not obtained a minimum of 40 paid registrations, or do not have enough to cover the cost of the event, we will be forced to cancel the event due to low attendance.
  • If we do cancel due to low attendance numbers we will issue refunds to all those whom did register within 30 days of the announcement of the cancellation.
  • Though highly unlikely weather could affect the event. Portions of the event are hosted outside, we can move them indoors excluding vendors.
  • Since cancellation due to weather would not happen until the event itself has already started no refunds will be offered.

Can I build a fire on site?

You may build fires at the event but please only use approved camp fire locations, and you may not bring wood in from outside of the park. Fines up to $200 may be charged by Fall Creek Falls if you are found not following the rules.

I want to vend and also provide readings is this okay?

If you have a business where you vend and also do readings you may chose to set up in your booth to do readings. You will be required to utilize our ticketing system for Intuitive Readers, and we will require that you charge no more than $20 for every 15 minute reading. You will also need to provide at least one free reading to the event silent auction as well as the donation of a item for the vending. Please also be advised that you must also still fill out an application to be an intuitive reader as well.

What is the largest vending booth I may have?

In order to allow us to host enough vendors we are limiting our vendors to either a 10×10 or 10×20 booth. You must provide your own and set up your tent if you are using one. We highly recommend that any booth you may use have sides to help protect due to weather.
