Sadly due to park rules no RV’s will be allowed on the group camp site. If you would like to stay in a RV while joining us for CauldronFest you would need to purchase a day pass and then rent an RV campsite through the park itself. That can be done via their website or by calling the park.

For those interested in attending, but they do not want to share a cabin with someone they do not know. We have requested a block of about 10 camping locations that are located about 5-10 miles from the group camp. In order to make the process easier we will/have added an option called tent camping. This option will include your day pass into the event and up to three nights in a camp location. Each camping location will host up to six attendees! Please be advised that should you chose to camp off site, not in the group camp reserved by The Friends of CauldronFest, we will not be maintaining security at the tent camping location. Once you have paid for your ticket TFOCF will reserve your camping location for you.

    Due to policies of Fall Creek Falls we are unable to allow tents other than those that are used for vendors. We have placed 10 tent camp sites on hold. These can be reserved through us when you purchase tickets. You will need to purchase the number of day pass tickets you need, and then purchase the add on Off Site Tent Camping Ticket. You only need to purchase one of the options either for one night, two nights, or three nights.

    Admission to the event costs $100 per adult ages 14 and older. And $50 for kids 4-14.

  • What if someone would rather just get a hotel room close by. Would there be a price adjustment for not needing the cabin or wanting a campsite?

    • Yes, there would be a discount. You would need to purchase a day pass ticket either for one, two, or three days depending upon when you want to attend. Right now day passes are priced as follows: $40 for one day, $60 for two days, and $70 for three days for adults per adult. I will say I am not sure where the closest hotel is to Fall Creek Falls, other than the inn, which as of current is closed for remodel.

    Since this is our first year for the event the organizers The Friends of CauldronFest made the choice to not include a vegan or vegetarian menu due to the cost and also due to limited knowledge about the requirements for these diets. With that being said we have chosen to open the kitchen to those that need to be able to prepare food because what we are offering does not meet your dietary needs. We ask that when you arrive on site that you please inform the registration staff that you need to schedule time in the kitchen and we will put you on the schedule.

    Yes we have provided a day pass option that will allow you to enter the venue. Day passes are great for those whom live close to the event site.

    CauldronFest is an inclusive event, and welcomes everyone to join us at the event. With this said our policy in regards to gender identity and the use of restrooms is as follows: We feel that no matter your gender identity you should utilize the bathroom you feel most comfortable with using. If you identify as female you have the right to use the female bathroom. If you identify as male you have the right to use the men’s restroom. That being said if you identify as male or female you may also chose to utilize the family restrooms. With that said, while we understand some may not agree with this stance, we will not allow any form of discrimination by anyone at our event. If you are found to be harassing any member of our staff, vendors, readers, workshop providers, or attendees due to gender identity or any other reason you will be asked to leave and will not be given a refund on your tickets.

    This ticket includes your attendance from 10AM Thursday Morning until Sunday morning at 10am EST. It includes all of the following for each attendee that you purchase a ticket for:

    – Admission into the gate at the event
    – All meals provided: Lunch Thursday, Dinner Thursday, Friday Evening, Saturday — Breakfast, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast.
    – All workshops that are provided. Please note that some workshops may need to have fees paid to attend for materials needed.
    – All activities at the event are included.
    – All vendors at vendor’s row.
    – A shirt is included for all attendees that advance purchase.
    – Lodging in non-winterized cabins. These cabins do have bunk beds, and you will be required to possibly share your cabin with people you don’t know.

    Cancellation Policy

    Due to the nature of the beast The Friends of CauldronFest has adopted the following policy in regards to Cancellation of the event:

    CANCELLATION DUE TO LOW REGISTRATION:
    • If by March 15, 2022 we have not obtained a minimum of 40 paid registrations, or do not have enough to cover the cost of the event, we will be forced to cancel the event due to low attendance.
    • If we do cancel due to low attendance numbers we will issue refunds to all those whom did register within 30 days of the announcement of the cancellation.
    CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER
    • Though highly unlikely weather could affect the event. Portions of the event are hosted outside, we can move them indoors excluding vendors.
    • Since cancellation due to weather would not happen until the event itself has already started no refunds will be offered.

    The honest truth? Guys we are going to be in BFE, and there is no assurance that we will be able to accept credit or debit cards. This goes for vendors as well. There might be a few spots at the venue that will have service, but we cannot make any promises. With this being said all transactions on site will need to be cash only.

    No, if a patron wants to do a combination of 15, 30, 45, 60 minute reading you can do so as long as you so feel the inclination to do so. Just ask them to give you enough tickets to cover that cost.

    If you have a business where you vend and also do readings you may chose to set up in your booth to do readings. You will be required to utilize our ticketing system for Intuitive Readers, and we will require that you charge no more than $20 for every 15 minute reading. You will also need to provide at least one free reading to the event silent auction as well as the donation of a item for the vending. Please also be advised that you must also still fill out an application to be an intuitive reader as well.

    Fees will be collected via our website or you may chose to collect them on site in cash. We will forward all fees collect for your workshop via our website after your workshop has been completed and the event is done.

    About Vending

    Vendors may chose to close their vending booth should they desire to attend workshops or other activities on the site. We will have volunteer security walking the site. Please be advised that while we will watch and remove those caught stealing we are not legal law enforcement and cannot arrest anyone.

    Sadly we cannot ensure that readers such as Square or PayPal will work on the site venue. There is an ATM located at the General Store in the park that you can direct attendees to if they need to go get cash. We highly recommend that all vendors accept cash only for their purchases.

    Due to the rules of Fall Creek Falls no tents, other than tents for vending, may be put up at the group camp. All vendors will be placed in the vending quarters/ vendor row sleeping area. This is a limited number of cabins of 5. Which does mean vendors will be required to share sleeping accommodations with other vendors. Vendors are asked to limit the number of extra attendees if at all possible to no more than two assistants. You may chose to stay in a tent off grounds if you so desire, and that can be arranged with us. Please note that there is a cost via the park to stay off grounds at the campsites.

    In order to allow us to host enough vendors we are limiting our vendors to either a 10×10 or 10×20 booth. You must provide your own and set up your tent if you are using one. We highly recommend that any booth you may use have sides to help protect due to weather.

    In previous years when we organized events we did charge a fee to vend, but many where dissatisfied because the fee did not match their return. As such we chose to go a different route with vending. We chose to require vendors to donate at least one item from their merchandise to an event silent auction. That being said we are also requiring vendors to pay an admission fee to cover the cost of food and also accommodations. With this we are also giving vendors more freedom to close down during the event if the chose to attend a workshop or other activities at the event.

    Yes, but we must advise you that the electric supply is not directly at the location where booths will be set up. If you need electricity you will need extension cords. Also electricity will be limited.

    We will be providing food to everyone that attends the event. We know some if not most will not want to close or leave their booth for extended periods of time to pick up their food. We will be providing a delivery service to all vending booths during the event.
